This may disappoint some people. Due to me not being able to always distinguish between Washington State and Washington DC, I am going to have to fail this mission. I tried, I want you to know that. I realize that 95 percent of the time it is Washington DC. I am trying to cite occurrences of state names and cities, but I have spent to much time semanticly arguing with my self. I am trying to make sure I present the truth here and frankly it is impossible in this situation. So I will lead to in the right direction. I will still list all the cities in Washington. Please forgive me and understand that I tried.
